We specialize in the design and installation of complete water-based firefighting systems using UL listed and NFPA-compliant components, approved by Civil Defense and in accordance with LBCP regulations.
Wet Riser & Hose Reel Systems
These systems are designed to deliver pressurized water throughout a building via vertical risers and hose reels for immediate firefighting response by occupants or first responders. FIREX landing valves, hoses, and reels are used to ensure quality and durability.
Sprinkler Systems
Automatic sprinkler systems provide 24/7 protection against fire in buildings by detecting heat and activating water discharge over the fire zone. We install UL listed sprinkler heads (upright, pendant, sidewall) using either GI or HDPE piping networks.
Pump Sets (UL Listed / NFPA 20)
Fire pump sets are the heart of the water firefighting system, designed to maintain pressure and flow during emergency events. Our pumps are sized according to NFPA 20 and LBCP criteria, using configurations such as:
- Diesel Engine Driven Pump
- Electric Motor Driven Pump
- Jockey Pump (pressure maintenance)
- Control Panel with Automatic Start
Pump sets are factory-tested, UL listed, and compliant with international installation standards. Fire pump rooms are equipped with test headers, air release valves, and monitoring switches.
Installation & Compliance
Our systems are designed and installed according to:
- NFPA 13 – Installation of sprinkler systems
- NFPA 20 – Installation of fire pumps
- UL Listed Equipment – For critical system components
- LBCP / Civil Defense – Local regulations and approvals
We also conduct pressure tests, hydraulic calculations, and third-party commissioning as required for approval and certification.
